Shipping policy

Poetic Bisons are a small business with an existing 'bricks and mortar' shop at East Beach Studios, Worthing.

We hold a small selection of stock in the shop and to offer our online customers more choice of colours we have now moved to a print on demand service.

Rob & the team will aim to get your order printed & shipped by Royal Mail First Class or Evri within three to five days. For example, if you order on a Monday you should expect to receive your package by Friday. Likewise, if you order on a Friday we will ship Tuesday.. so we'd hope for you to receive your items by Wednesday.

If possible, we will always try to beat these deadlines... we may even run to the post office on a Thursday after closing the beach hut shop, in an to attempt to get your clothing out to you as soon as possible!

For the UK we charge a flat rate of £3 p&p for orders up to £30, £4 for those above £30 and offer free postage and packaging for all orders over £50.

For EU we charge a flat rate of £5 p&p for orders up to £30, £7 for those above £30 and offer free postage and packaging for all orders over £80.

We currently only ship to the UK and EU and aim to expand this service to the rest of the world in early 2023.
