Poetic Bisons is a play on words for poetic licence
The act by a writer or poet of breaking the usual rules of language and style, or changing the facts in order to create a particular effect.
The plural of Bison is Bison, not Bisons... but we're using poetic license to playfully bend the rules to suit us. We're independent, rebellious yet responsible people, a bit rough round the edges but with kind & creative souls.
Based in Worthing, West Sussex, our aim is to make cool and funky clothing as sustainably as possible. We use a renewable energy supply chain, waterbased inks and ship our clothes in plastic free packaging.

Poetic Bisons plant a tree with every T-Shirt sold!
One Tree Planted is a non-profit environmental charity on a mission of global reforestation. They plant trees in North America, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
Research shows that only 13-17% of the total annual funding needs for restoration and conservation are met — about $50 billion. That means there is a shortfall of $250-350 billion per year!
Of the money available, most comes from government or philanthropic sources, with only $10 billion per year invested by the private sector.
Trees help clean the air we breathe, filter the water we drink, and provide habitat to over 80% of the world's terrestrial biodiversity.
They also provide jobs to over 1.6 billion people, absorb harmful carbon from the atmosphere, and are key ingredients in 25% of all medicines.
$1 (approx 75p) from every T-Shirt sold, plants a tree with One Tree Planted & since launching in 2020 we have planted over a thousand!
